Singapore and San Marino sign Double Tax Agreement on 11 December 2013

It was reported in the IRAS’ website that Singapore and San Marino have signed an Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation (“DTA“) on 11 December 2013.  Kindly note that this DTA is yet to be ratified and therefore does not have the force of law.

The DTA contains the internationally agreed Standard for exchange of information for tax purposes.
